The Facilities Commission’s mission is to ensure that the parish facilities and grounds are able to serve the needs of the parish community; to be good stewards of the parish finances by effectively attending to the maintenance needs of the buildings and grounds.

Building Maintenance Ministry
The Building Maintenance Ministry is a group of licensed and/or skilled stewards called upon for their time and talent in the minor maintenance and repair of our facilities: the Church, De Sales Faith Formation Center, priest's residence and associated operating systems. Necessary parts and material are supplied by the Church.
Opportunities to serve:
- Normal maintenance of equipment
- Minor plumbing
- Minor electrical work
- Phone system repairs
- Sound system repairs
- Wood working projects

Church Setup Ministry
The Church Setup Ministry arranges and rearranges furniture, chairs and tables in the Church and De Sales Faith Formation Center layout for special events and liturgies, such as weddings, funerals, socials, and the like. Rarely does the time required for setup exceed one hour.

Landscape Maintenance Ministry
The Landscape Maintenance Ministry enhances and maintains the outside grounds of our Church property. All necessary equipment is provided. All adults and high school youth are welcome. Typically, work is done on Thursday and Saturday mornings during spring, summer and fall.

- Lawnmowing
- Edging
- Weeding
- Fertilizing
- Trimming trees and shrubs
- Laying pine straw
