Planning ahead for pastoral ministry is a vital component to the success of any parish relative to pursing its mission and vision as the living Body of Christ. With respect to the building of the kingdom of God on earth, unless you know where you are going, any road will start you out on the journey but you might not end up at the destination you hoped for.
