Hearing Assist via Personal Hearing Aids
For your convenience and assistance, hearing assistance is available via your personal Bluetooth capable hearing aids. Please follow these instructions to access the hearing assist system.

Confirm that your hearing aids are Bluetooth capable.
Confirm that your hearing aids are Bluetooth enabled. Download the app “WaveCAST” via the app store on your cell phone. This is a free app and a 1-time download. Access your phone’s WiFi settings to connect to the following SSID:
WiFi SSID: iccassist Password: 6650hearing (all lowercase letters) Most devices will auto-reconnect to this network each time you enter the church building. If your phone prompts you to "auto-connect" or "remember" this network, we recommend you do. [Note: you must be connected to the WiFi SSID “iccassist” to use the hearing assist system.] Open the WaveCAST app. Select the channel “Immaculate-FM-Plus”. [Note: if the channel name does not appear, see #5 above] Select the heart next to the channel name to remember it for future use. Your Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids are now set up for use. You may control the volume via the WaveCAST app and/or the app for your hearing aids. If you experience any issues while using the hearing assist system via the WaveCAST app, we suggest: Close the WaveCAST app Reopen the WaveCAST app Reconnect to the channel “Immaculate-FM-Plus” |
