Cape Fear Deanery ParishesFor administrative and pastoral reasons, each diocese is divided into “deaneries.” A deanery is a cluster of parishes in relatively close proximity to each other. The Diocese of Raleigh is divided into eight deaneries. Immaculate Conception and the parishes listed below are located in the Cape Fear Deanery. The Very Reverend John McGee, OSFS, VF, is the Dean of the Cape Fear Deanery.
