The Christmas Angel Request Extravaganza (C.A.R.E.) program has, once again, teamed up with Catholic Charities and The Help Center to assist us in collecting items for families and individuals in need, in New Hanover and Pender Counties.  As good stewards of our many gifts, we encourage you to choose one or more items as an expression of the love and concern we have for our community.

We Wish You a Healthy Christmas with Good Tidings and Toys
Catholic Charities Cape Fear Office will be collecting items that are highly requested by families throughout the year.  One of the most requested are healthy food choices that are low in sugar and tasty. We are collecting needed items such as laundry detergent, gift cards and toys.  To ensure all families have access to everyday items, please donate from the supplied list of most requested items. When families visit Catholic Charities and/or the food pantry, a blessing bag with your generous donations will be provided.  Thank you for your good tidings and toys!

The program will run with a wish list of items, available on the website:
    CARE Wish List
When accessing this website, you will see the items that are needed and the quantity we would like to receive. When you purchase the gift(s), you would then mark it on the website as purchased. If you do not have access to a computer, you can also call the church at 910-791-1003 ext. 105, and speak to Michele Bean, Business Manager, during business hours to let her know the gifts you have purchased.

All gifts should be new and unwrapped (no bags, Christmas wrap, cards, etc., are needed) and brought to the weekend liturgies on the 3rd & 4th of December. As in years past, we will bring our gifts to the altar during the Offertory Procession. Items will need to be placed in the appropriate boxes at the foot of the altar.
